Very comfortable and pleasant accommodation. The surroundings are quiet and cozy, and there's plenty of parking. The accommodation is fully equipped – you can really move in right away without having to prepare anything. Especially convenient: Each floor has its own kitchenette and a dishwasher, which significantly reduces the amount of washing up. Overall, an excellent experience – we felt very comfortable here and would gladly return next time!

Thanks to this beautiful accommodation, we were able to enjoy a truly wonderful family vacation in Kandel! Communication with the contact persons was straightforward and very accommodating. The apartment is stylishly furnished, well-maintained, and includes everything you need for a carefree vacation. Everything you need is within walking distance. We would love to come back again! Thank you for the lovely short trip :)

We had a Christmas vacation at AVA home. A house that combines traditional and modern houses. We were 13 people and we rented the whole house, which has 3 apartments, on 3 floors. The house is equipped with everything you need, you don't have to bring anything with you. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchens are equipped with everything you need. there is a parking lot for 3 cars, but there can be even 4. Sandra is a very nice host with whom I had very good communication. Hehe answerd any question I had very quickly. I recommend AVA Home and I would love to go back there. Thank you AVA home.

I had a wonderful stay in Kandel at the AVA home. It was a very comfortable, quiet space with all the amenities one needs. It’s near restaurants in a walkable area. The host, Sandra, was very helpful and always responded within a very short time. I highly recommend staying in the AVA home if you come to Kandel.

Great top floor apartment. Lovely set up with everything you need to stay for a couple of days or a week. The bed was very comfortable and the open style living space was well thought out and stylish. Sandra was very easy to work with.

We recently stayed at AVAhome with our young family and group of friends. The home was laid out perfectly for this providing separate spaces when needed but feeling all as one. The building is beautiful and very well presented with everything you need to cook. We would really recommend staying as here as it’s not so far from the Black Forest or if you want to adventure over the border to France.
